IRISCO’s Occupational Safety and Environment Policy is founded upon the “human-centred sustainable growth principle,” which serves as the cornerstone of our business strategy. In line with this approach, our fundamental objective is to provide services that enhance the country’s economic growth and adopt a pioneering approach.

In its subsidiaries, which are affiliated with Irisco and have equal control, it works without compromising the measures and practices for occupational health and safety. These practices are managed as the most critical processes of our business.

We recognise that the protection and enhancement of our surrounding environment is an intrinsic aspect of our business operations. Our objective is to continuously enhance the quality of our products, inputs and activities while minimising their environmental impact.

In order to achieve these goals, which form the basis of our Occupational Safety and Environment policy,

  • We will conduct comprehensive risk assessments to minimise the risks of occupational accidents. This will entail identifying potential hazards and unsafe behaviours across all operational sectors.
  • Our overarching objective is to prevent all injuries and health deterioration. To this end, we will continually enhance our OHS management system.
  • We will make every effort and take all necessary measures to continuously improve our occupational health and safety culture. This will help us to eliminate the risks of work accidents, maintain a safe working environment and achieve our goal of “Zero Work Accidents”.
  • We will ensure that all legal and other conditions that must be fulfilled regarding legal regulations are fulfilled.
  • To ensure continuous improvement, we will investigate and report any situation that could be defined as a health and safety violation. We will communicate and consult with our employees, provide resources, and monitor performance through inspections and audits.
  • Employees and employee representatives will play an active role in all occupational health and safety activities.
  • Our working conditions and ergonomic conditions will be subject to continuous monitoring in the office. In the event of any issues being identified, they will be addressed with the help of innovative solutions.
  • By adopting a management approach based on “Human First”, we have accepted the protection of the environment as an indicator of respect for society, beyond legal requirements.

 It is our intention to:
